If you have lost your badge you can order a replacement here. To order, please select the specific badge that you need from the drop-down list and add it to your cart.
Each official can order a maximum of two(2) replacement badges per registration year.
For verification, please enter your USSF ID # in the notes section of the checkout cart. We will send your replacement badge out once your ID # is verified.
